Sarah Hill is the absolute best. I love seeing Dr Shelby, but unfortunately I can never get in. This is the best place. Everyone cares and every patient has their time.

I always enjoy my visits at North Bay family medical clinic. My family and I have been going to them for years. The staff feels like family. Caring and attentive professionals. Dr. Gatlin was very compassionate (a rarity these days) and super smart! Dr. Gatlin you will be missed! <3 Now I see NP Seren Ainsworth who reminds me of a young Dr. Gatlin. Seren is really smart, super helpful, professional and warm. It's rare to have that combination of traits in a medic these days. He's an asset to the clinic.
