I always enjoy my visits at North Bay family medical clinic. My family and I have been going to them for years. The staff feels like family. Caring and attentive professionals. Dr. Gatlin was very compassionate (a rarity these days) and super smart! Dr. Gatlin you will be missed! <3 Now I see NP Seren Ainsworth who reminds me of a young Dr. Gatlin. Seren is really smart, super helpful, professional and warm. It's rare to have that combination of traits in a medic these days. He's an asset to the clinic.
Dropped as a patient because doctor retired. Was told all patients of that doctor would have to find alternative primary care doctor on their own. Unacceptable for a doctor office that is part of a healthcare system. Shows lack of care for patients.
Be aware you have to be approved before seeing this doctor as a new patient. I was also billed a $175 fee for becoming a new patient only for the doctor to spend a maximum of 10-15 minutes in the office before he sent me off. I learned more about his life and his children than he did about my health. I won’t be back that’s for sure.
