Over the course of seven months I’ve had four urgent referrals for major skin cancer on my face sent here. I could not get so much as a phone call from them. I spent days where I would call every 20 minutes all day long trying to get through no one would ever pick up the phone. There’s no email contact and the voicemail is not on or monitored. Worst dermatologist in North bay. Have an appointment for 9:45 make you wait until 10:30 and say waiting is part of the appointment? And then also threatening a patients husband with kicking their spouse out of the clinic for getting irritated for waiting for so long like come on. Receptionist seems like she absolutely hates everything about her existence and likes to push that on the people that walk in. Ask a question and get bitched out for it.
