After my referral was sent to this clinic, I called to make sure it was received. I was told it was, but the wait was minimum 1 year. I waited 14 months, and never received a call. Their line is busy most of the time, and when I got through, I was told they didn't have my file and that this dermatologist no longer treats acne.

I have been going to this Dermatology Clinic for several years now and have had a good experience every time with both the receptionist and Dr Rosoph who I found to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. As far as delays go check around, my relatives in London say it's 6 months to a year to get anything in that city . We can't be upset at specialist for being busy. Over the course of seven months I’ve had four urgent referrals for major skin cancer on my face sent here. I could not get so much as a phone call from them. I spent days where I would call every 20 minutes all day long trying to get through no one would ever pick up the phone. There’s no email contact and the voicemail is not on or monitored.
