My daughter and son in law took me here for my birthday on Sunday,food is excellent service was great. Busy place.
Stop #14 of 21 on our Milwaukee burger tour took us to the North Ave Grill. It was our first time here. I had the Peppercorn Horsey Burger ($11.99, bacon, cheddarjack cheese, onion strings, peppercorn horsey sauce) and my son had a plain cheeseburger ($10.25, cheddarjack, ketchup). The bun was plain and a bit too much, too thick. The meat was average, we asked for medium but was definitely medium well, not too much flavor on its own. Great food, great service. Family atmosphere. Juiciest burger I've had in a long time.
I have never had a bad meal. Omelettes and corned beef hash are my favorites.
Today was my first time here for breakfast. . I must say you get your money's worth. Good service, good variety on the menu and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning and recommend that you give it a try if you're ever in the Tosa area!
