Awful Service - Don't Use if you are in a hurry – Called for service at 8.10am from a residence in Eastern Round Rock to get a taxi downtown. Was told cab would be there in 15mins. After 30mins, and no sign of the cab, called again, and was told that driver was on the way, and would check where he is and have him call. 15mins after that the driver called and asked for the address again, which was given and he said he'd be there in 10mins. They really have a good service compared to other companies, they just seem to be unorganized at the peak hours and when the rash hours and traffic occurs , I am sorry you missed your event, I would have made a reservation at least 3 or 4 hours ahead for sure you would have gotten served on time, On Sundays they have a minimum service, most of their Cabbies are off, but if you ever had a reservation they will have as needed drivers available. for you.
Few things are as reliable – as the safe service that NA austin taxi service can provide you. I strongly recommend them for visitors and tourists, every single time

OUTSTANDING TAXI COMPANY – NORTH AUSTIN TAXI SERVICE is good experience. The driver was very professional and knowledgeable of the area. He addressed me as Sir,trying to make me feel important,I guess. the ride was cool and he earned his tip, I am not a big fan of taxi cabs because I feel my life is in danger. A good example for a taxi biz – I just want to say Wow, what a good taxi ride! We ordered a van so our whole family and our luggage could fit. The van arrived in 5 minutes and started the meter while he sat in front of the house! We noticed him sitting there and flagged him over. He helped us load our staff and told us he has to help to load our own luggage because he is capable and feel energitic. No problem of the van was clean and smiles good, no room for luggage. Great Customer Service – I needed my daughter transported from ACC College to White & scott Hospital ER. I live in Washington State and needed to pay for it on my debit card and they were great about it. When I told them where she was on campus, they knew the building and were there when the dispatcher said they would be. I was so grateful - what a relief!
