Hotel was nice, rooms were ok. Stayed from 09/05 to 09/07. Checked in around 11pm and the 2 ladies at the front were very nice and helpful. Had an issue with my room, booked from a third party and they used the wrong pictures, not a fault of the hotel itself, but the receptionist was very understanding and we were able to move rooms. Went back down to get a pack and play and the male receptionist that was there was very rude when I talked to him. The complimentary breakfast and 5:30 snacks is delicious! The whole staff is wonderful!
Felt Safe as a women traveling alone for 3 days. My room was located 3rd floor above the dining area and next to the elevator. I had no noise issues, plenty of peaceful rest clean room and bedding. My car was free from break ins. Breakfast has several options. Kick back hours was nice, hot buffet appetizers, and drink options.
