The doctor that we saw was fine. The billing office is an absolute mess. I get a bill for a different amount every month, in addition to not being fully credited for the amount that I actually paid. They continually change the amounts that I owe, which goes up. Absolutely unprofessional and inept.

We really love Dr. West and Dr. Aamoth! both of our kids have been there from birth. They do same-day appointments, but you might not get your normal pediatrician. Their answering service is great too, they are very helpful and coming in a stressful situation.

I could not sing Dr. Nalley’s praises enough. She is incredibly preceptive, helpful, and professional. Every time I come to an appointment with my daughter (1 yr old) with a list of questions, and I walk away completely and totally relieved and moreover confident because of her insight. She is so great at bringing the more complicated aspects of childrens health down to a level we can all understand and she is a mom too, which is always nice as her expertise about children is so very comprehensive (not just clinical). We love this practice. Our sons doctor is Dr.Pip. and he is amazing - We have pretty much seen all doctors during sick visits and all are equally as kind and thorough.
