The some of receptionist, nurses, assistance that assist the doctors and director are lazy and would prefer that you do their job. You will get no help filing a complaint with the Director she is heartless and non caring in regards to the clients who pay for their services. When Filling a complaint all the Director will do is make excuses for the people who work for her and you instead of caring for her paying clients.
