The NP Erin Henry and the other NP that I visited first two time was excellent and I would give them both five stars for thier professionalism and care, but the management upfront, particularly Kathy, was very unprofessional and it overshadowed the good experience I had with Erin Henry. Maybe they should work on customer service skills.
Edit 8/21/25 - knocked down one star for the music playing in the waiting room. The average age in this waiting room has got to be at least 65. Songs with lyrics like "put it inna your face, and then you put it pon mi waist Doh gi mi no talk, mi seh fi hurry up mi case Put it pon me, baby Go for that" Just no. Customer service is a huge deal, specially in a Doctor's office so I would like to remind the office staff to treat better the patients. In the other hand, the management should respond all reviews, not only the good ones. That makes a difference on behalf of your reputation. Thank you Thank you the Management for your response.
