Edit 8/21/25 - knocked down one star for the music playing in the waiting room. The average age in this waiting room has got to be at least 65. Songs with lyrics like "put it inna your face, and then you put it pon mi waist Doh gi mi no talk, mi seh fi hurry up mi case Put it pon me, baby Go for that" Just no. Customer service is a huge deal, specially in a Doctor's office so I would like to remind the office staff to treat better the patients. In the other hand, the management should respond all reviews, not only the good ones. That makes a difference on behalf of your reputation. Thank you Thank you the Management for your response. I had an appointment with the NP Erin Henry first. She was professional and took time to address all my concerns and offered suggestions in reference to my medications that worked really well for me. I normally hate going to medical appointments but she was very direct and I find humor in that cause I'm the same way. I haven't met my assigned Dr yet but I'm fortunate to have a top notch NP.
Dr. Mahakala has been my diabetic doctor for over 15 yrs. She takes the time to listen, is kind, and professionally concerned about my diabetes. I would not be in such good health without her medical guidance and care. I highly recommend her to any patient who needs a wonderful diabetic specialist.
