Unethical and inaccurate billing practice. Insurance nightmare. The billing department is an offshore call center so no one knows how to resolve issues as they have limited info from the main office. Issue resolution pending, 12+ months and counting
Will request from Northside Hospital (for my next surgery) to use another anesthesia company. Incorrect Billing, splits 2 billings from under one account without notification, and then sends to collection agency. No cooperation. Filing a complaint with the state of GA
Had a surgery in June of 2025. Never met anyone from the anesthesia company. Months later I receive a text message that I have a bill with them. Never a paper statement received. However I noticed that they billed my insurance twice. Once for a supervising provider and once for performing. So double charged. The website from the text looked very sketchy so I did not proceed. Billing is a absolute nightmare. Can’t pay online or on the phone.
I’ve called them at least eight times requesting a detailed invoice and or statement and they keep saying they are sending it But I still have not received anything. Then, they send it to collections and I have told collections the same exact thing that I am waiting to get a detailed invoice and they could not care less. This practice is horrible.
