Terrible billing system.
Paid off my balance to them in full! I even called after it was all paid off to make sure they received the full amount. They told me they did and that I have zero remaining balance. Now, a couple months later, they are calling trying to bill me again! Super unethical company.
This place is pathetic. And it's obvious they don't care!
The worst billing service I've ever had in my life. I've been asking for a copy of my invoice and a receipt for paying the entire bill for two months, and they haven't been able to send it, either physically or by email. They're truly a disaster.
This company uses deception to bill twice by using a supervisor supervising another MD doing the procedure, while you only ever meet one MD before your procedure. You think you have been duplicate billed and in my case, had to be walked through this by the insurance company that says this is common. This happened months after the procedure. Yet another thing wrong with healthcare providers that drive costs up.
