Beware of the billing service that this group outsources with. They will send out combined statements and individual statements. I inadvertently paid a charge twice and luckily it was less than $100. When I called the 855 phone number, the billing service, albeit very nice and professional, informed me the credit back to my card would take 8 weeks. Yes, I did not key that incorrectly, freaking 8 weeks.
