My sister had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Grice Taylor during her delivery at Northside Hospital. He appeared rushed, impatient, and lacked compassion during a very stressful and painful moment. The epidural/anesthesia was attempted three times without success, causing her significant pain and distress. Beware of the billing service that this group outsources with. They will send out combined statements and individual statements. I inadvertently paid a charge twice and luckily it was less than $100. When I called the 855 phone number, the billing service, albeit very nice and professional, informed me the credit back to my card would take 8 weeks. Yes, I did not key that incorrectly, freaking 8 weeks.
