I've lived in Kansas City and Texas, so I love barbeque. I have always been disappointed in the offerings in the Madison area. It's kind of shocking considering how great and diverse our dining options are here. Thank God we found North South. The brisket is among the best I have ever tasted. We have always had great food and great service. Truly, it's one of our favorite restaurants in town. Their take out is also a great option for feeding a bunch of people at home.
Small to mid-sized barbeque restaurant with a small bar up front in a strip mall off Mineral Pt road. Interior was nice looking, but nothing remarkable. I had the pulled pork sandwich. Pulled pork was average, fries were very good. Service was friendly and fairly attentive. Prices were average for a barbeque restaurant. Overall it was a good meal, but not something I'm going to drive out of the way for.
The food was great the service was great the drinks was tasty a nice restaurant to go & dine in
