Adding to my 1-star review from 3 weeks ago [12/3/24] / (Screenshot below) Attached are 4 screenshots of proof for my below review. Recap – I took my Yukon to North American Transmission (NAT) October of 2023 for them to rebuild my transmission and install a new Billet Torque Converter. I had my transmission rebuilt and a billet torque converter done in October of 2023. The warranty I was given was 365 days or 12K miles. I paid $6K in full for everything. My torque converter went bad ONE month outside of my warranty with North American Transmission. (13 months) Not even 20K miles. I brought my Yukon back to North American Transmission and they confirmed it was my converter and put additives in it for free “as a favor”. The additives didn’t fix it.
