Purchased the Blue Max brush cutter and used it once the first summer I purchased it. Used it for the second time this fall and the shaft overheated where it connects to motor and burned the insulation and wires on the outside of shaft. It is no longer usable. Out of warranty and I’m out of luck. Poor quality caused the unit to have problems on the second use. Definitely do not recommend this product. No help from customer service.
This company has refused to return my initial customer service phone call. It initially was a simple matter to fix, yet their avoidance to even discuss it has now made this problem evolve into a reflection of just how poor their customer service is.
Too bad this nice looking helmet only lasts for a handful of uses....I guess we will replace it with a better brand. Looks good but shitty quality. Tried customer support but its "out of warranty"....bullshit...still looks like new.
I have the blue max 45cc chainsaw.great saw for the money great power.. my only complaint is that it leaks bar oil when stored...anyone know if this can be fixed easily??
I have the NATI 42.6cc Straight Shaft Trimmer and Brush Cutter and I'm very impressed by this machine. I Installed a Renegade 8" 32 teeth blade on it and this thing zips through 2" diameter trees. Smaller brush is no challenge. For the price and performance of this Brush cutter, I highly recommend it!
