Please don't waste your time here! Every single time I had an appointment over the course of several months, I waited no less than an HOUR past each appointment time. The doctor only visits this practice once a month from Maryland. The one time I was scheduled to actually see him I waited TWO HOURS & still never got to see him!!! They are nothing but pushers! Horrible staff, very unprofessional and immature. Will find a better place for my grandmother. The clinic does urine tests every visit which my doctor said is not right....they seems to be all about the money, pushing bracing, injections and medications that are too expensive. Also, there is no doctor there, only a nurse practitioner. A doctor is only there on procedure day a few times a month and he will only talk to you when your face down on a table!! Was a returning patient and for an office visit...they charged $1000.00 to my insurance...no procedure or anything. A very basic consultation. They also charge $75 if you call after hours and they dont consider it an emergency. $75 if you dont cancel before 72 hrs. All about $$$$$ Staff is unfriendly and disorganized. They use a machine for BP's and the girl took it 3X because kept acting up. No apology for hurting my arm. Overall this place has gone from bad to worse over the years.
These Dr’s only care about $$$ - More More More - Bill Bill Bill your Ins Co !! They are not offering Medical services : But offer the same amount of “patient care” if that is what they are actually offering .. to every patient ! Does NOT matter to the Dr’s & PA’s if you are Disabled, Hurt , severely Hurt or even faking an injury - etc etc etc - They Treat everyone the same.... so they can fly under the radar of the DEA !! Very sad !!
I have bin going to these girls for about 2 years they are very nice and do care about people if you treat them with respect u will get the same you have to remember that they have a crap load of people to see tabatha garrison is very caring woman and will make the time to listen to you and the staff will help you anyway they can I love all of them please be patient get to know them I think you may be surprised Jerry D...
