Gross experience. Checked in on 10/4 and checked out 5 minutes later. Dead cockroach’s on floor. Stunk too. Manager stated booking.com would refund but hotel won’t respond to them. Hey hotel? Respond to them. I want full refund.
Room is every nice everything was cool but only thing I had a problem with I had two rooms room 421 and 422 on the 4th floor in the bathroom the heat vent u can see in to the next room bathroom that's need to be fix so if u stay here make sure the heat vent is close in the bathroom so no one would be looking why you in the bathroom
Everything was great .The front desk guy is the best .Will be back .God bless
