This place will tell you exactly what you want to hear and then when you get there, nothing is as it should be. Was scheduled for an assessment with an in person, female doctor. When I got there there was a TV on the wall with a man on the other side and there was no assessment. They only want to manage medication. Having a call center for all of your establishments is a very bad deal. Obviously the call center is not knowledgeable about anything that the actual office does or performs. I was told don't rant and just answer the questions by the supervisor who had no mental health qualifications. I've had my differences but it's a decent office and establishment. I know others have had terrible experiences with finding someone to just listen and not try to make them feel like their being handed off. I followed my therapist to another place and have had some bumps along the way. I'm not sure if I should of ever transferred.
