I was really looking forward to this appointment. Ended up being the worst experience ever. The Provider via video chat was rude, showed no compassion. Kept rolling her eyes. Documented incorrect when she read us back her notes. She was very dismissive. She ended up leaving the session while we were still talking. Very unprofessional.
