Loved my time here. Lionel was and excellent salesman he made sure I was taken care of got my note where I wanted to be so I highly recommend you get your car from him and the team at North America Auto Group
I stoped in to look at a truck. The sales man "boss" and I took the truck for a spin. Eagar to make the sale with me ready to buy couldn't give me a price. Never have I ever been to a car lot and they wouldn't give you a price until they check credit. Sounds like to me depends on your credit if they are going to put the screw to you. If they can afford to lose the sale. Went to go get my phone to look Bluebook up and "boss" still pushing. Need less to say car lots that operate like this are the ones I get up and walk out on.... read more
Please if you are looking for a vehicle, PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER this dealership. The salesmen/managers are not concerned about the customers. They are compulsive liars who try to tell you anything if you allow them to. I think this particular location needs to be closed permanently and the salesmen are not equipped to sell a piece of gum. They try to take advantage of customers if given the opportunity. Their salesmen/financial manager aren't even knowledgeable about the cars they are trying to sell and are there for a piece... read more
