I don’t know where to began to tell you all about the impeccable customer service I received that was filled with insults, lies, and bullshit. Vehicle purchased was garbage from day 1 until now. No one can tell me or will ever make me believe that a thorough inspection of vehicle was performed when within 1 week power steering pump went out. Within 2.5 months of purchase injectors, fan clutch, & power steering pump went out again. Had all of the above repaired & truck still has additional repairs to be made. From having to s... read more

However, while I cannot vouch for the integrity of dealers I do not know about, I can say that any North American Group team would never intentionally let that happen to you or anyone for that matter. If you purchase a car from these people be sure to have your car fully checked out .. I️ purchased a car two weeks ago .. I️ had to get a new tire after 3 days .. after 6 days my motor was knocking , come to find out my car had NO oil .. Big Travis is a liar , he will say anything to get a sale .. be careful when purchasing.. “ VERY” unprofessional .. DO NOT even waste your time at the VALUE lot .. today they had the audacity to hang up in my face bc of MY review ....
