2 weeks ago i purchased a 2016 Chevy Traverse, Ive always felt uneasy buying a used car, until now, i had the best sales lady ever Vinci. She was very patient with me on my decisions, and letting me get the car checked out by my own mechanic. This was the worst experience thus far purchasing a vehicle. Everyone has been dishonest and every attempt to "rectify" my situation has been lack luster or non existent. Having given almost a year to rectify this situation, and after being told if I remove my negative review I would recieve a different vehicle, I still have the same vehicle that has electronically issues and takes forever for the push start to start my vehicle. I strongly encourage everyone to continue their search else where.
