These are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had to deal with ever. They have done but lied the whole time about a car that we bought from them. I would never ever suggest anyone to deal with this location.
Spoke with the salesman several times before I drove 3.5 hours to the car lot. He kept changing his story around about the agreement of the down payment. He waited until I got to the lot and basically was one lie after another. The particular car(s) that I looked at and also informed him of was not even on the car lot. He kept promising to return phone calls, saying that he needed to speak to different finance managers, etc. Also told me he didn’t know any of this until the day I came there. I think RR Booker and the rest of the staff are some cool people. Marlon is the real deal and gets things done when other cannot. I will buy again and again and again
