Everyone was so helpful and kind! Special shoutout to whoever the man was downstairs that grabbed me a wheelchair and got me where I needed to go.
Just got hung up on by the lady that answered the line and was very uncaring.! The first time I called Cindy was very sweet and empathic. Said to call back in an hour if we didn’t hear back. My son is in excruciating pain and when I called back the last one could care less!
Very nice staff. They answered all questions and explained all procedures to be done. All the doctors have been very nice.
Great people....gave me a thorough exam, explained my options, and would be involved.....EXCELLANT !!!
Dr.young is the very best worth the wait for such good care.
I will not be going back. Ever. I will drive to Birmingham. I had a procedure done on my knee and I was concerned during recovery with some things so I went in an extra time. (I had several appointments for the follow up in the pre-exams for the surgery) He never remembered anything about me and all he had to say was”you’re weak.” It was also a rarity for the wait time be less than an hour. They make sure u understand everything that needs to be done, they also have a friendly staff and clean facility.
