They keep you waiting to long and are not compassionate about your pain. My son had to go back to Colorado to have surgery and will have to have his fracture rebroken because hover let it heal without splinting or casting. He did absolutely nothing because my son had no insurance

Had 10am appointment it's now 12:35pm still haven't seen dr mann I guess my time is not important to them
I think the drs there are amazing but.....my time is very important. If I am told my appt. Is at 2, then I expect to be seen before 3! Not 5! I have never been at the B&J And not be there 4 to 5 hours.
