Rudest office staff in the #Shoals Argued with my for two hours about my insurance policy, despite having it in front of them. The Nursing staff and Dr. Hall seemed competent and friendly, but that's a useless trait for a practice when your front office staff can't even read an insurance policy properly and treats your patients poorly because of it.
