My wife and I brought our puppy in this morning because she was pretty sick. We did not have an appointment, but the staff was able to get us in as soon as the Doc arrived. Everyone was very nice and explained the procedures thoroughly. One of the staff asked if we needed anything and I jokingly asked for coffee. She said there wasn't any but would brew some up. We loved this place. Brought all 3 of my fur babies here up until we moved away. Took very good care of us all the time. Great friendly staff
