At first I really liked this place based on my first visit. I went in Friday to take my puppies for their second round of shots. I called three times to verify cost and the shots were $55 per puppy. I arrived at 3:30 but wasn’t seen until 4:30. My pups were to get two shots, well vet decided on their own to give my pups all the shots including rabies which left me paying $224 instead of the $110 I expected. The staff here has always been great for our pets. All the vets have, at some point, seen our dog Auggie and our other pets. When it came time to say goodbye to Auggie, the vets and other staff could not possibly have been more caring.
All of my furbabies see Dr. Rothstein. Best vet in town. He took care of my special needs rabbit his entire life. I'll never take my pets anywhere else.
My boy went in Friday for teeth cleaning. Did not get a follow up call until Tuesday. On Wednesday realized he had a sore on his belly. Called the clinic and they were not going to get us back in for about 3 days. Called another vet that as never seen my boy before and they bent over backwards to get us in same day. Turns out the sore was most likely a burn from a warming device used during the teeth cleaning. Sham Sham.... So an additional $100 plus we switched vets.
