Very friendly! Very quick response, got the job done fast.
The collision center close at 5 pm, Nortex office didn’t tell the driver, the truck driver get there 5:30 pm, he has to bring our car return to office, office told us in phone they will deliver again next day, Also told us in phone that we won’s be charged for the double trip and the night storage fee due to their miscommunication between office and the driver. But next they we were told totally different story, charge us double trip fee plus storage fee etc total $1199( suppose it should be $400), if we do not pay all the a... read more
