I had a great experience with NORTEX 24/7 TOWING. Mr. Michael is who collected my vehicle and transport it to the mechanic shop. He was very friendly, informative and patient. He handled my vehicle with care as well. I highly suggest Mr. Michael and NORTEX 24/7 TOWING.

The collision center close at 5 pm, Nortex office didn’t tell the driver, the truck driver get there 5:30 pm, he has to bring our car return to office, office told us in phone they will deliver again next day, Also told us in phone that we won’s be charged for the double trip and the night storage fee due to their miscommunication between office and the driver.
