Nortek worked very hard to meet the technical specifications for a complicated 3 unit HVAC replacement. They were sensitive to costs for our non-profit. Communication and scheduling were very good.

08/28/2025 UPDATE - been having Nortek run my AC & Furnace tune-up for a few years now. Everybody from office staff to technicians to the owners are FANTASTIC to work with. I’d recommend them to anybody and won’t have any other technicians work on my furnace and AC. GREAT experience with Nortek. AC went out about 9:00 at night and regular AC company couldn’t make it for 2 days. I used the Nortek website to request service.
