Nortek was great from the start (with justin in the office) to Ron the technician. Ron came out and was so nice, personable, and honest. He came out for just a furnace check. While he was down there he noticed a safety issue on our water heater that we did not know about that could have leaked carbon monoxide into the house and simply moved the piece into the correct place and made sure we were safe. I trust them and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Justin, Ron, and Nortek!
Ron came to do my A/C maintenance again. He was punctual and very efficient. But what I really appreciate is how he cares about me and my HVAC needs now and in the future. I know that I can trust them to take care of me, without taking advantage of my situation. 6 months later…Just had my HVAC maintenance check up. All is still great with the new furnace NORTEK installed a few years ago. Nice to know that I can always rely on the technicians to keep me comfortable.
