Nortek has serviced our furnace since it was installed, about 5years ago.The technicians was thorough, professional and competent. They were patient, timely and answered my questions and offered good suggestions. This is a great company to do business with.
We had a great experience having an entire HVAC system replaced. They worked with us to meet our needs financially and with a crunched timeline. Super polite, engaged, thorough and friendly. Shout out to Ron, Ben, Amelia and Jaden. Good work guys!!
So very friendly and kind. Answered all questions we had, was very patient. I would definitely call upon them again to help me with my air conditioner and heating. I was very happy.

Ben was pleasant and efficient. He listened to me when I explained an issue I was experiencing with the AC. He was knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing the issue. He was honest and did the simple, accurate fix and didn’t escalate it when he could have.
