Excellent customer service. From installation to service I have been very impressed. My technicians, Ron and ER were top notch. Justin is a very good communicator.
The Nortek team was great! Justin was very responsive and patient and got us on the books quick, Ron was very kind and knowledgeable. He came out to remove a rodent from the bottom of our unit, did our Spring tune up and a thorough job cleaning the unit. Thanks, Ron!
