Every time I've been there I've had a great experience. Shout out to Josh in the service department. Hes always helpful and courteous and he has a wealth of knowledge about maintaining my outboard.
We have an older Bennington pontoon that we love recently I broke a piece on the Bimini top so I needed to replace it we have used the marine in Norman before but have since moved to Lake Eufaula so I called the store in Tulsa told this young man my problem he just blew me off and said I need to talk to my boss never a return call! Worst experience ever , thousands of dollars , took them in to be the rush (Oct 2016) 6 failures later they still haven't fixed my boats (July 2017 ),would not show documentation that the Mechanic was Mercury certified. Poor communication , will not put anything in writing or return emails. I suggest not to deal with inland repair shops esp not this one!!!They do not test and warranty what they fix.
