Great people! Norris has taken care of our boat for years. I’ve always had a great experience and they fix it right. And if your looking for a new boat they have a great selection. Especially the Nautiques.
Have to give a round of applause to all of the crew. They were nothing but great to deal with when the transmission in our boat went out two weeks ago. Had us fixed up in short order.
Worst place I’ve ever stepped foot in. I was with my buddy when he spent 13k in service. Then spent 500$ on a surf plate after josh promised him it would stick to the boat. After it wouldn’t they refused a refund. Josh and the owner are complete dicks. Josh then texted him wanting him to come fight him at his house😂 I wouldn’t piss on Norris marine if it was on fire. NOT RESPECTABLE PEOPLE.... and they don’t stay true to their word
Had my boat in for $13,000 worth of service and while I was there I bought a wake shaper that attaches with suction cups. They SWORE it would work on my boat. Tried it once and it fell off immediately. So I called and took my boat and the wake shaper up there so they could show me how to put it on. They couldn't make it work either and refused to refund me. Normally it wouldn't be a huge deal but they SWORE it would stay. Now I have a $500 paper weight.
