I was a tenant in building 306 for 3 years. Overall, it was a decent living experience. I liked the historic building, didn’t have issues with the management, and maintenance requests were answered in a timely fashion. It’s an excellent location-walkable to anywhere on isthmus and bikeable to almost anywhere else. The rent was reasonable (i paid 1005/mo for a 1br, including my 2 cats and covered parking).
