Been going there forever!! Yesterday my sister and I were there celebrating what would have been our Moms 93rd b'day!! Absolutely fab!! Mom loved it there!! Thank you!! ☆☆☆☆☆
Living in Lowell for 7 years and passing Norm's at least once a week. A friend told us we had to go. Norm's is truly a hidden gem. Margaritas are delicious! The food amazing. Had the baked shrimp & scallops with a Caesar salad.....delicious! My other half had the fried haddock, which was a huge piece w/fries and Cole slaw.......He was a happy man!!! All amazing! You want a great big meal at a reasonable price ? No problem...steak tips, haddock,scallops...all great But want just a quick bite.. BLT, grilled cheese, hot dog....they have that too..add to that GREAT service and $5 margaritas and you can't go wrong... Atmosphere is very welcoming and plenty of parking.. I highly recommend Norm's White Horse
My 6 year old grandson & I love to go there for lunch. Everything we've had has been great! And... the waitstaff always treat him as a person, talk to him, and ask him what he'd like to drink and eat.

I love this hidden in plain sight gem!! Good bar, great service, fabulous food and then there's the Merrimack! It looks like nothing on the outside but take the chance and go in. It's worth it!
