Fabulous! But don't tell too many people - let's keep it our local secret!! Your seared scallops are INCREDIBLE - PERFECTLY cooked; the chowder is UNBELIEVABLE - so full of seafood it's a wonder you actually get any broth in the cup; and the burgers have great flavor and again, are cooked perfectly. Don't change a thing!!
