Horrible Buisness!!! I was told to show up at their establishment at 9am to drop my car off. They don't make appointments and it's first come first served. I showed up at 9 they were not there. I waited until 10, still nobody there. I feel like these people have stolen from me. My time is valuable and to waste so much of it on this rinky-dink auto repair shop is rediculous. I reccomend taking your car anywhere but here. After getting my car fixed elswhere, I found out that Norm's prices are high also. DO NOT USE THIS BUISNES... read more
