Rheem issued a work order to Normco to perform warranty work on my water heater. Normco called me and set up an appointment for the Friday after thanksgiving. I made sure to confirm they would be sending out a technician even though it was the day after the holiday. They assured me they would and that the tech would call me Friday morning with my time slot. I never received a call and Normco is apparently closed till Monday and not taking calls.
