Horrible rude staff, refused treatment to a ill dog
The compassionate service provided by the outstanding staff at Normanside Veterinary Clinic is one that can almost not be conveyed in words. I have been taking my pets there for longer than I can remember and have received exceptional and reasonable care for all of them. By reasonable I mean that I wasn't guilted into feeling I needed to provide costly operations for an older animal. When we moved to the area we struggled to find a vet that knew about FIV+ cats. I found them through an FIV+ cat yahoo group and we are so happy. They have helped our many cats over and we love them!
We have been using this vet for about 17 years. It is small but this allows them to provide very personal service. They are wonderful and provide excellent care from the very first welcome visits to when it's time to say goodbye. We have always trusted their judgement and highly recommend them to all.
Always excellent service. I like to tell people it's like having a country doc in the city.
