If you are down on your luck, it's a decent place to live. Pretty clean and reasonably well-maintenanced. But don't plan to stay long if you want to live a normal life. There is a lot of violence and bullying, CPS is out there frequently, some drug use, burglary. After the 2nd time I got subpoenad to testify against a neighbor I got my kids and me the heck out of there.

This is a company that if you search homeless shelter resources in Cambridge, mn Normandy townhomes pops up. But in reality they are selfish money hungry investors who make their money by evicting low income families! They add outrageous charges to your ledger and have no issue violating your privacy. It is a disgusting company to rent from!
