They take from me $805 FOR NOTHING! Mr.Don, at Bear Run Village Apartments, told me that the apartment is not ready yet and they need to make a contract, so I agreed. They asked me in the contract a deposit of $3900 and I agreed! I paid $205 as an application fee and $600 as a part of the deposit fee. They should have given me the key a week after I paid but they didn't give it to me until now. Later I called them, Mr.Don and Normandy properties, several times to return my money back but they keep procrastinating me.

Pathetic the owner gave a 5 star review! This place is becoming a not- so- great- place to live being run down, unkempt with no leaf removal, siding falling off and only God knows how long it'll stay there. A few places where on the walking paths there are metal grates for drainage, some of those are rusting through! Now there is a new management which really don't seem any better.
