RecommendedI highly recommend The Normandy. My mother resided in the Care Center. All the nurses, aids and frankly the entire staff went above and beyond. They cared for mom with compassion and kindness. My father visited my mother every day and The Normandy treated dad like family. When mom transitioned into hospice the amazing care continued. Mom passed peacefully and our family is so grateful to The Normandy.
Turn over rate is very high, New faces every month some many people coming they don’t know what’s going on. They don’t know if they hired someone or fired someone. They should just get a whole new management

I'm an employee here at The Normandy senior living center and they treat their residents amazing everyone is so friendly and smiley!
I would not recommend this place for my dog. My mother got a sever staph infection from a wound on her toe we were told by the nurses & the wound nurse that was healing, my mother just had her toe removed last night at Fairview Hospital it was so infected. if she would have had it removed she would have died. Then the shower rooms are dirty with black mold disgusting. Will not send her back to finish her rehab.

The aide don't take care of the residents. Right... the nurses sit and chat and make fun of the residents. The DON. Refuses medical treatment to patients that need it. She also refuses the the alzhiemera and dementia patients to have the medicine they need at night. So they become violent and hurt other patients there there has been a death there because of it. This is a bad place and the DON. Needs to be removes and someone who cares needs to be there..
The only down fall about working here is that everyone's related and that there is a lot of favoritism shown. You have to kiss butt to get hours!
