2+ Years -- Very Satisfied! Very happy living here. Management is friendly, responsive, and seems to genuinely care about the concerns of residents. Landscaping is kept well maintained and management is conscientious about pest prevention. I've only had a couple small maintenance requests, and they were dealt with quickly. I would absolutely recommend Maplewood to anyone (quiet and respectful of others) who is considering living here.
Management is great, pest control is not so great I've been here for a year now and the management, office staff, maintenance guys, everyone is so nice and so helpful. They are on top of everything. If I call today with a maintenance issue, they are there the same day to fix it. The outside looks rough, but the inside of my unit at least is newly renovated which I love.
