Living at this apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. The only elevator has been broken for an entire month now, making it incredibly difficult to get in and out, especially for anyone elderly or with mobility issues. My kitchen was infested with cockroaches, and even after pest control came out, nothing was resolved. The infestation continued without improvement. The service at this apartment is unreliable at best. I have yet to receive help when calling the emergency line. My gas was unavailable for a week upon move in, and I had many issues with the electricity when first moving in.
