Good location in Silicon Valley. Service staffs are friendly. Fast security check.
Once going thru security if there is an item that is not allowed and asked to go back & check bag in, why can't they just check it in instead of sending the person back to check in. They check in bags sometimes when we board anyway? Other than that all personnel is friendly and airport is clean.

As a person with a phycial Disability I found the passenger assistant service. I found the staff very personable and helpful during the holidays.
Never buy a breakfast burrito if you are In a hurry 20 min wait and only two people in front of us !the Server said she was working as fast as she could ,but i have seen faster sloths!!

The self check in terminals were all down but one infront of southwest causing the line to triple in size. Isn't someone on duty for I.T. to fix these problems???? Guess not.
