I've been in airports all across the country , and I believe a good airport has good customer service ! Well @ SJC they have great employees like Myra Bayquen that make it a pleasure to come to San Jose . She makes you feel like she really cares about your flying experience . And goes out of her way to get you where you're going ! It's always a pleasure to see her anytime I come to SJC .
Noisy, inconsiderate of neighbors with flights disrupting homes miles awayand pick up and drop off is dreadful.
Although there was a delay my daughter had her bag and was on the curb! FLUID in and out..
