My husband has served 6 years in the Air Force and got into a little trouble . So we went to Norman Williams to hopefully find him a job ( as a lot of people recommended them) ! They basically turned us away since day one! Even though he did what they asked and was begging for job These people do not care about helping anyone! My husband wants to work and wants to do right instead of just getting unemployment! If you need help getting a job do not do there

Been calling since February of this year. Been calling everyday and I turned in an updated resume,work keys, and HS diploma, ask them what information they had on file and they had the same resume from 2016. Smh!!!

Man I was trying to get a job I wanted bad I finally got the interview on the next day they call me and told me my interview was cancelled and they couldn't tell me y they cancel it and now I call every Monday trying to get that same job I wanted and trying to get something else they never got nothing.

I love Norman Williams and Associates. As a military wife, I was scared when we moved to a new base but they put me right to work and matched my skills to a company that was looking them. I’m so thankful for all of the recruiters there; the owner and his family are the best in Sumter. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for work or you are looking for workers!
