We had an unfortunate situation and a very special 2 yr old need emergency services today . She has very specific special needs the Emergency room staff were perfect!! From the receptionist, the triage nurse Iris, ER nurse Stephanie and the Dr.Budd and Dr Barton and the pharmacist!! I would give this review a negative rating if it was possible. I am 73 years old. I called 911 late (11:30 pm give or take a few minutes) on 3/26/2024 with severe abdominal pain and was taken to Norman Regional. I was put in a room and a little later two doctors and a nurse came in. The female doctor introduced everyone and asked a few questions. My dad was in this hospital for three weeks. The care was amazing. The staff was kind and compassionate. They took impeccable care of my dad( excluding 1 respiratory therapist). They made sure he and we were comfortable. Thank you! You guys made my dad’s passing as easy as it could have been. Your love and caring were amazing. You guys were the face of Christ during a very dark time in my family’s life.

Horrible experience they logged my name in the system incorrect so for days after visit no information found. The billing has been sent to collections multiple less than 2 weeks out. Insurance was not filed. It a big mess of an Operation!

Norman Regional Hospital gave me excellent care during my stay in October 2021. Dr. Connolly is a caring physician. He explained everything and ensured I understood every aspect of my surgery. Also the nursing staff was attentive to my needs and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. This hospital is the cleanest I have ever been in. I would highly recommend Norman Regional and Dr. Connolly if you are in need of Thyroid or para Thyroid surgery. Patsy Schull Patient

4TH Floor Covid Unit is Horrible, Haley, Brenda, Christian, Frank & the other nurses. They restrained my mom as punishment & isolated her & w/ restraints on for 2 days & when she urinate on herself, they made her sit in it & other times they wouldn't help her to the bathroom & she urinate on herself again & they make her sit in it again, they turned down her room phone volume so she can't hear it to talk to her family, They took her cell phone & 1 phone they lied & said was broken, they yell at her & tell her not to tell he... read more

I honestly cant say anything about there care because they give amazing care!😀 Thank you Norman Regional for the amazing care you provide. But now on another note they not real good about the hiring process because when you put your application in and you go for a interview and the lady you speak with even give you a start date but she says I just have to get everything done with HR to then the next day HR calls and says we cant hire you because you cant legally use a lift news flash people I've used a lift even since I've ... read more

I was told there was no way my son was going through withdrawals since he had some in his system. Actually you can go through withdrawals if you are heavily addicted. It is documented in 100's of documents. Wouldn't listen to me at all. Printed discharge papers and sent us on our way!

Their pain management is terrible. I had a dislocated thumb and torn up hand and they offer me a motrin. I have compromised kidneys and should not ingest motrin. Motrin does nothing for severe pain
