Take out service sucks. Can’t order before the door opens even if you want it ready 20 minutes after opening. No online ordering available. Employees acting like managers when you request a manager and when you do get a real manager he is very rude. Never had bad service when eating in but never had to deal with a rude manager because the staff was always great.
Stillwater location: We patiently waited for 15 minutes before waitress showed up to our table. Our drinks came out pretty quick except my kid’s root beer float which took almost 20 minutes to come out. Then restaurant was busy so we knew it might be a wait for the food which was no problem. When the waitress brought my kid’s burger there wasn’t any cheese on it (which she confirmed back to me when we ordered). .... and the burger was cold. I never write bad reviews, but last night was a disaster. Our waitress was exceptional, loved the half price appetizers and discount on drinks during Happy Hour,and the brownie sundae was to die for. I ordered a side salad with grilled chicken, which was just barely okay. My husband had fettuccine Alfredo that was half onion. Who makes fettuccine Alfredo with onion? My husband ordered a half order with shrimp, it was $29.99. We will not be back, so disappointing. I guess we should have just ordered prime rib.
Was VERY upset meal was good but the kids meal they brought out a brownie with nuts on it to my kid that is highly allergic to nuts and the waitress goes o my bad we should really tell customers that they have nuts on them.
Price gouging. 20% COVID surcharge. Go somewhere that isn’t taking advantage of this already bad situation. What’s horrible is some people have lost loved ones over COVID 19, and this establishment uses it as a way to line their pockets. Unethical to say the very least.
PSA: 20% surcharge “due to COVID-19” - masks required “in case you sneeze while passing someone” - no menus but “you can look it up online”... Won’t be back.
NQ now adds a COVID surcharge to your bill. While they disclose this at the entrance of the restaurant, they don't tell you that it is 20%. RIDICULOUS! So that adds 40% to my bill when I tip 20%. Servers don't get any part of the surcharge. WILL NOT GO BACK while they have this surcharge
