Food did not impress us at all. Over priced for quality and quantity. Will not be back!
I won’t go back to Norman Quacks until this pandemic is over, if ever.....talk about a paranoid ran business. Holy smokes they act like every person has the plague. I have felt extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable every time I have been there since March. Norman Quack's did a phenomenal job with COVID safety with our takeout order. They had a cart positioned outside the entrance and when we arrived, they came out and placed a cup with the receipt and pen in it and stepped back inside while we signed it to assure social distancing. The waitress let me sample the soup! I’m so impressed. Food was awesome!
Food good , service was so so so bad, Manager on duty was rude and said it’s COVID-19? . She was 6 feet from the table put our food and drinks on a tray - serve yourself , had to go ask for our check and take out boxes. She never came back to our table to check on us or to see if we needed anything. Words cant express how upset I and the others I was dining with , worst dining experience ever . Shame on you - close your doors if you can’t take care of your customers .
