RecommendedGood food and service! Love it!
Horrific lazy staff. Guy standing at the greeting/seating area literally stands there and points you to your table (will not leave his area to seat anyone point and go), our server not ONCE came back to see if we needed anything, had to flag someone else down to get our daughters drink, ketchup, and bbq sauce we never received with our meals. We have always loved Norman's, but our last trip was horrible. Food was bland and not up to par and had to wait a long time for it. Seems like the quality has gone down since COVID
I asked for a couple different things to drink and they didn't have any of it, it was on their menu, but they ran out of mix. their distributer hadn't delivered . and the food wasn't that good to be honest. I've had better luck there in the past not sure if visit again.

Chabby chic throwback interior, fun atmosphere, food is delicious, service was ok, ribs were to die for. Chocolate cake was moist and decadent.
We have wanted to eat here for so long! We have always wanted to eat their onion rings. What a disappointment. Getting ketchup was like pulling teeth. My buddy asked for French fries but got chips. I asked for raw onion but didn't get any.. She didn't check back with us until we were 3/4 done with our meal. I wouldn't recommend eating here. We won't be back.
Was a bit nervous to come here after reading some reviews but very HAPPY we did. Our server, Beth S was great with our kids and went above and beyond with our not so happy toddler. The food was fantastic amd the wait was normal. We will be back and hope to get Beth again as a server!
