Customer service is lacking and or genuine care. You can't squeeze in a sick sibling because they haven't been seen for 2 years. But oh wait yes you can if you do what we say and make us your#1 primary.
A big shout out to Kim, Dr Kuhls and Martha's nurse. She is a master at performing the strep swab! My 3 year old acted like nothing even happened. We just love the whole staff!
My daughter loves Dr. Jackson and Tina. She especially likes how Tina's hair is "long likes Rapunzel!" That's what matters to a three year old. The entire office is wonderful, professional, and welcoming. Great place.
I called to try and make a new patient appointment and will not be seeing this office. I had to call back twice to try and get through the phone tree because there is no "new patient" option, and the staff doesn't seem to listen. I said that we were new to the area and didn't have a pediatrician, yet I was asked several times who my Dr was. If they can't listen to what you are saying on the phone during a casual exchange, I can't imagine trusting them to listen to me for anything important.
LOVE Dr. Jackson and Tina and their nurses! We also love the After Hours clinic. We were just in and out in 12 minutes with Dr. Milligan, who was also wonderful! Thanks for caring for our kiddos!!
