A disgrace to the SLHN practice. Due to a traffic accident I was 20 min late. Therefore I expected to have to wait. However, waiting for well over an hour with no communication to be told when I went to find him, that he refused to see me was more than unacceptable. I moved my schedule around to accommodate my tardiness to now have additional appointments to cancel to see a different doctor in 2 days. This level of professionalism is a new level of disgusting.
