Big shout out to Dan and Norman's Jeweler's! We lost our daughter on Dec. 7, 2019. My spouse bought a little heart pendant online and we took it in to Norman's to have an "N" engraved on it. Dan got it done in a day and when I went to pick it up, he did it with no charge! Made my eyes get a little wet.
