Rude and unprofessional. I had some questions about selling silver. The woman who answered the phone tried to be helpful, but there was a man in the background telling her to stop wasting her time with me. He was shouting insults, so I thanked her and promptly hung up.
Jason made me feel very comfortable with selling them my jewelry. It was fun getting cash for something I haven't used in 10 years...nice jewelry to purchase too. I'll be back.
